When you have a beautiful view how could you not want to spend all your time outside? This client was ready to just that. We started by extending their upper patio so they could come out to grill, sit, share a meal or just admire the view. To make things a little more convenient for them we tied the extension into the side and front porch. Just imagine you come home from the grocery store and while your family unloads groceries and puts them away you can just walk straight to the back porch and enjoy a fancy coffee

This addition really made the whole home feel larger. We were also able to repair storm damage that had occurred to the chimney and eave.

Using rebar rather than wood balusters not only allows more of a view but will hold up against the weather much longer

Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time

They even added a screened in section so they can enjoy the space in the rain or when the bugs are too much to handle

One of my favorite parts of every job are the tiny details, the finishing touches. While we could have left the metal frame against the house adding this custom trim just kicks things up a notch and makes things look seamless
